This post will be carried out without restating the obvious, namely that there are those who (whom) are of the belief that anything can be duplicated, mimicked, and eventually (because of their long-range planning capabilities), completely taken over due to the incredible "good" fortune that appears to endow their activities, who are content to operate "in the shadows" with the aid of an extensive network of support. The "good" fortune described refers to the fact that "coincidences" aplenty are the norm as well as the scores of individuals from my life's professional accomplishments who (whom) are deceased and survived by offspring in numerous cases, etc. Having stated the "elephant in the room" up-front, the goal of demonstrating the bases for the "Holding Base's" establishment will be carried out below, please follow for the details.
Conservery's Founding Bases:
There are a few important details that mark the Proprietorship's 2000 start-up and these will either be depicted or linked too as appropriate. the first and foremost of these is the state of IA business registration application shown below from 2000.

This s a copy of the original application for a State permit to conduct business as Conservery, with a formal start date of 6/25/2000, with my then (3-acre residence)property purchased in part (since it originally comprised of 80 acres on the residence side of the road, as well as another 60 acre-plot on the opposite side), between 1992 and 1997. Gerdes and Jan Miller are siblings of the late, Lois and/or Eldon Covington.

The original business in this location was closed in 2011 consistent the "OUTDATED" 4th photo insert in the post STATUS OF LIST OF ATTACHMENTS PROVIDED IN BIDC'S LETTER DATED 1 2003 - UPDATED and in concert with my then ongoing divorce proceedings, to ensure that no complications would exist in the then court activity, which was attended by me (the Petitioner ONLY), there was no one else in attendance even if the property transfer document was "mangled" to give the appearance that another was involved (one of those "good" fortune developments described in the Introduction and described in the comment #1 from 7/7/2015 on the Cosvry Investments Comments 2015 Page). However in 2014 the Conservery office was reopened with its official address based in Cedar Rapids, NE as the below copy of the State reapplication of 4/29/2014 depicts.
The only activity mentioned is an office for the collection of debts owed me dba Conservery. The referenced debts include the approximate $12,000,000.00 plus described in the post THE TIME FOR THE "OVERLOOKED" PAYMENT IS FINALLY HERE, MR.BUFFETT - EDITED AND AMENDED.
The Outcome of these Developments:
The establishing of the business model described in the post DISCUSSION OF THE COINSERVERY "HOLDING BASE" PRPRIETORSHIP BUSINESS MODEL will be followed through with the very deserving team assembled to work together to bring this project from idea on the drawing board that has been long in the development stage to successful operating business. I am truly appreciative that such a diverse an
accomplished group could be compiled with the "assistance" of One or two only.
Conclusion:
This attempt to demonstrate the bases for the "Holding Base's" structure ONLY and avoid complications that have been previously established and described in detail elsewhere was carried out in order to achieve the desired objective in a brief format. It's my hope that the intended actions required will be realized by all in order that the progress needed will be finally obtained to, which many of these "witnesses" can attest, simply because they were in the proper place at the right time in my history for, which I can truly now say that was "destined" to take place even when I was unaware of what was occurring at the "hands" of some who intended mischief, but that was redirected and worked out to bring about a "tapestry" that could only have been sewn together by an "Expert Designer", that none can compare to even with all of man's accomplishments that are often used in very unwholesome, and unethical ways to achieve self centered objectives regardless of who (or whom) is impacted along the way (and termed simply collateral damage in some circles).
